Returns and Contract Withdrawal

All products in the Meraki Engraving online store are made to order or personalized according to the customer's wishes (e.g., with a name, date, dedication, or other customization).

In accordance with Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to such products.

Therefore, products cannot be returned or exchanged after production merely because the customer has changed their mind.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled free of charge until the production of the product begins.

Once the production of a personalized product has started, cancellation of the order is no longer possible.

Complaints

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly manufactured product, please contact us within 8 days of receipt at meraki.cnc@gmail.com and include photos of the product.

We will handle each complaint individually and, if justified, provide repair, replacement, or refund.

Natural Properties of Wood

Wood is a natural material, so the color, texture, knots, and shade of the engraving may vary between individual products. Such differences are not a product defect, but rather represent a natural characteristic of wood.
